About TasbihCounter.info & Our Hadith Verification Standards
Our Editorial & Hadith Verification Methodology
1. Strict Primary Hadith Attribution
Every supplication and target count on TasbihCounter.info is verified directly against the six canonical Hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah: Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawud, Jami' at-Tirmidhi, Sunan an-Nasa'i, and Sunan Ibn Majah) and Shaykh Sa'id ibn 'Ali ibn Wahf al-Qahtani's Hisn al-Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim).
2. Distinguishing Narrated Counts vs. Uncounted Personal Wird
We never invent mandatory target numbers when the Sunnah does not specify one. Phrases with an explicit Prophetic count (such as 33-33-34 in Sahih Muslim 596a or 100× SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi in Sahih al-Bukhari 6405) are badged as Narrated Sunnah Count, while open-ended remembrances (such as La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah) are clearly labeled as Personal Wird.
